- Consultation
- Initial 30 remote minute consult is free. After that standard rates apply.
- Remote support:
- $100/hr – 10 minute minimum charge
- On site support:
- $120/hr + $60/hr round trip drive time from the technician’s office.
- Website development:
- $100/hr – 10 minute minimum charge (non-contract labor)
- Contract rates will be specified in your paperwork
- After Hour Rates
- Scheduled work outside of standard business hours may be billed at 1.5x the standard rates.
Scheduling, & Emergency Policy & Rates
- We are a small office, and may not be able to respond immediately to all service requests. Generally, we will work with the client to schedule a time to address client issues. Sometimes an emergency comes up that requires immediate attention. We will do everything we can to quickly respond, however, if a schedule shift, or out of office immediate response is needed, we reserve the right to charge emergency response rates to compensate for lost income / overtime work.
- Emergency responses during standard business hours will be charged 2x the standard current rates.
- Emergency responses outside standard business hours will be charged 3x the standard rates.
